Featuring a boring range from 0.314” to 40.157”, the Pinzbohr system has the range to meet about any application. The use of extensions and reducers allow the configuration to address of long-reach applications. BohrSTAR kits are a convenient all-in-one-box solution for shops needing the flexibility to produce a range of bore diameters. BohrSTAR kits are available in bore ranges of 0.314” to 8.27”. 

The MacroBOHR large diameter boring system is available for roughing and finish boring of diameters from 8.661” to 40.157”. The MacroBOHR system can also be configured for external boring to achieve tight tolerance O.D. surfaces.

Twin-slide Roughing Heads feature SpeedSET, the ability to adjust both slides are the time saving time and money over systems that require adjusting each slide independently. Pinzbohr Roughing Heads also feature SafetySET, a clutching mechanism that protects the adjustment screw from damage if adjusted while the locking screw is tightened saving the expense of a costly repair. 

Pinzbohr Finishing Heads feature AccuSET, a spring-loaded slide assembly that maintains position when the locking screw is loosened enabling fast, accurate fine diameter adjustments. Roughing and Finishing heads are available in 75° and 90° lead angles for both through bores and blind bores. Ultra-fine Finish Heads have an 11° relief angle to produce ultra-smooth surface finishes.
