Product Return Policy
All requests should include:

- Return requests should be submitted via email to email@example.com.
- Techniks must issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to customer returning any product. A copy of the RMA should be included with your return.
- Products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with the goods in new condition.
- Products returned without the original packaging, damaged packaging, or damaged product are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- No credit will be issued for products damaged during shipment due to improper packaging.
- Techniks may refuse credit for goods which have been used, damaged, or modified.
- Special Order items are not returnable.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- A minimum 20% restock charge may apply to any returns received after 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Freight charges for returned products are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is found to be defective.
- Techniks will issue a merchandise credit for eligible returns within 7 business days after shipment is received at our warehouse. Cash refunds are not permitted.
