Vortex is our shrink fit tool holder cooling system.
Cooling System
Proprietary cooling system and chamber delivers sub-freezing
temperature air through strategically placed nozzles, cooling your holder in as fast as 30-60 seconds*.
Inside Chamber
Large chamber diameter (46mm (1.80)) allows for flexible cooling of holders up to 3/4″ containing unique, odd shaped, or large end tools.
Pneumatic ISO
Standard ISO pneumatic coupler allows for instant setup and max airflow (25 SCFM air consumption**).
*Cooling times vary based on size of holder.
**The majority of shop tank/air compressors will provide more than adequate airflow for the duration of a cooling cycle. If concerned about the capacity of your air supply, contact for more information.
