Product Return Policy
All requests should include:
- Order Number and/or your Purchase Order number
- Item ID’s and quantities being returned.
- Reason for the return

- Return requests should be submitted via email to returns@techniksusa.com
- Techniks must issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to customer returning any product. A copy of the RMA should be included with your return.
- Any inbound packages with no RMA paperwork or reference will not be accepted. Unmarked packages will be sent back to sender on the sender’s account number.
- Products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with the goods in new condition.
- Freight charges for returned products are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is found to be defective.
- Improper packaged products on a return or mis-shipment may result in reduced or no credit upon inspection.
- A 20% repackaging fee will be applied if returned product does not return in original packaging (boxes, tubes, bags, etc) and the parts are not defective.
- A non-negotiable 20% fee will apply to any returns received after 90 days from the invoice date.
- A non-negotiable 50% fee will apply to any returns received after 1 year from the invoice date.
- Made to order items are non-returnable.
- Techniks must be notified of any discrepancies in shipments within 30 days of the invoice date otherwise the sale is to be considered final and closed.
