Tighten and untighten the collet nut and pull stud and set the height of your tool all in one setup.  Works for BT, ,ISO, and HSK toolholders.  Used with woodworking and metalworking toolholders.

Height gauge can be ordered separately.  A different fixture is used to secure holders with drive dog notches.  Any 30 taper toolholder works with a 30 taper unit, just change the tightening device to accommodate each type of toolholder.
