ER collet chucks handle a wide range of machining jobs without having to buy new tool holders. Simply choose the right size collet for the job, set tool depth, and tighten the collet nut and pull stud to the proper torque using a torque wrench and tightening fixure.

• Precision ground for best T.I.R.
Extension length should not exceed a 4 : 1 ratio of length to diameter. For example, a 1/2" shank should not extend more than 2" in front of the holder. This is only true for applications where the extension is rotating.
